Cape Horn

The Cape Horn is a rock cliff on the north side of the Columbia River not too far east of Portland. The trail there is not well documented now, but the state is doing some work on it. You can start high above highway 14, drop down and cross it, walking closer to the river, and even behind a waterfall.
