Cambodia and Ankor

I visited Cambodia for about a week at the beginning of 2007 as part of an almost year-long round-the-world (RTW) trip. Much of the country was still stuggling with violence with the Khmer Rouge. The first few photos are from the capital city of Phnom Penh, which to my luck was in the middle of a major festival. I then spent a few days at the ruins of Ankor. Ankor Wat is the largest temple in the temple city of Ankor. Lastly, I visited the Killing Fields Museum, which pays tribute to the genocide committed by the Khmer Rouge when they controlled Cambodia.
